This policy explains how coffeetraining.shop ("we", "us"), a barista training academy in Bahria Town Phase 5, Rawalpindi, handles information when you use this website.

What we collect

This website does not have user accounts, does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not store the details you type into our forms.

• Enrolment and brochure forms — when you press send, your details (name, WhatsApp number and anything else you entered) are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send that message in WhatsApp.
• Messages you send us — if you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you send and use it to answer your enquiry, arrange training and send the course brochure.
• Theme preference — if you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Third-party services

• WhatsApp (Meta) — our forms and chat buttons open WhatsApp. Its own privacy policy applies to messages sent there.
• Google Maps — the map on our booking page only loads from Google if you press "Show interactive map"; Google may then set cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
• Hosting — the site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use your information

Only to respond to your enquiry, manage your enrolment, send information you asked for (such as the brochure or batch dates), and provide job-support follow-ups if you are a student. We do not sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept as long as needed to answer you and manage your training, and deleted on request.
